In order to solve the limit of plastic product designing, we developed technology of gas assisting injection mold. This technology can release the change of the shape to the long-axis parts, the thick wall products, not the same thick wall plastic products and many reinforce lines products. With this technology the products can easily be controlled to low overall shrinkage, low shape change and reducing inner press.
